• Before and After School Early Release Additional Fee Per day                                $15

• Before and After School Spring Break, Christmas, Thanksgiving (Full Week)        $180

Discount for 2nd child 10% and discount for 3rd child 15%
Discount for military, first responders, and nurses of 10% per child.

Payment Policy:

• Payment are received on a weekly,semi-monthly or monthly basis. Tuition is due based on your payment cycle:
• Monthly payments are due on the 1st of every month
• Bi-monthly payments are due on the 1st and 15th of every month
• Weekly payments are due every Monday
• If your account is not current by the beginning of the following week after the tuition is due we cannot admit your child in our care.
• For weekly payers you will have to pay the balance due plus the following week. Semimonthly and monthly payers will pay their due balance.
• Fees for late payments: $5 will be applied for every day late.
• Processing fee of $35 will be charged for returned checks. After two checks returned parents will be asked to pay in cash.
• Tuition changes when the child is moved to the next group age.

Attendance and Withdrawl policy:

• No allowances, credits or refunds shall be made for:
• Abscences including vacations, ilnesses or holdiays
• No credit is given if the school must be closed due to weather events, national emergencies or any other event beyond the school’s control
• All families will receive two weeks vacation during the year. Parents are required to give a two week notice in advance.
• Parents should inform the school in writing at least two weeks before the date of withdrawl

Pick up late policy:

• Late fee of $15 will be applied for the first 5 minutes and $2 for every minute thereafter.
• Fees will be posted to your account and need to be paid on the next tuiton cycle.

Other items:

• We do accept subsidized child care through Workforce Solutions in Conroe Tx for those family that qualify.
• Tuition includes breakfast, lunch, pm snack and a late snack
• Transportation is included for schoolers
• The Ligthouse school reserves the right to change Tuition Rates at any point in time.

Forms of Payments:

• Preferred method of payment is debit/credit card automatic draft.
• Any other form of payment will be approved by management.
